Horstmann put
the spotlight on energy saving |
With energy prices continuing
to soar, now is the time for installer’s to bring to their
customer’s attention the benefits of fitting efficient,
new or replacement central heating controls.
Horstmann Controls, one of the UK’s leading designers
and manufacturers of domestic central heating controls, will
be demonstrating a range of its latest central heating programmers,
room thermostats and zone valves with an emphasis on optimising
energy usage.
One of Horstmann’s most popular programmers is the
ChannelPlus H37XL offering (typically) control of two heating
zones and the hot water via thermostats and zone valves. The
more recently introduced H47XL offers the dimension of another
zone, ideal for larger houses or where, for example, under
floor heating is installed.
An alternative is the innovative ThermoPlus programmable
room thermostat which majors on very simple use and adjustment
for the householder. Features are a colour coded LED warm/cool
display, automatic winter and summer time change, frost protection,
large buttons and audible feedback for selecting warm/cool
settings. There are 4 models to chose from including the latest
RF version.
