The company operates from a 4500 sq metre headquarters, manufacturing
and distribution facility with assembly lines incorporating
the latest processes and automatic test methods. The premises
also houses the design, sales and marketing and administration
functions with approximately 150 personnel employed on the
site.

makes Horstmann meters and controls some of the most advanced
electronic products available in the UK power market.
Horstmann is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accredited with a significant proportion of components being manufactured in house under strict quality controls to meet these exacting standards.
The UK office of Electricity Regulation (OFGEM) approves
Horstmann for the certification of electricity meters, as
does the British Electrical Approvals Board (BEAB) for Horstmann
domestic products.
